Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable the easy exchange of a battery, by electrically and mechanically connecting the battery by the use of a battery lid which is converted into a number of shapes by pushing it. CONSTITUTION:In installing a battery B, the cathode side undersurface of the battery B is faced to a negative pattern 4a of a battery storage-room 6. Next, a curved surface 10c at the end of a battery lid 10 is made to be in contact with a slanted surface 7a of a battery-lid mount 7, before the lid 10 is pushed downward. As a result, the slanted surface 7a spreads the opening of the curved surface 10c of the battery lid 10, and the curved surface 10c is connected to the bent area dislocated from the slanted surface 7a of the mount 7. Besides, an elastic contact 11 presses the battery B downward, the battery B is fixed, and the positive electrode and the negative electrode are connected to a positive pattern and the negative pattern 4a which are on a printed board 4, respectively. In removing the battery B, the center of the uppe surface of the battery lid 10 is pressed with fingers to make the curved surface 10c of the lid 10 touch an upper surface 1b of the projection of an upper exterior case 1a, and the joint between the lid 10 and the mount 7 is disconnected.
