Abstract
PURPOSE: To improve quality of an electric razor, while facilitating assembly thereof, by forming an electric circuit with a plurality of electrode plates positiones and soldered on an electrode holder of a print circuit board.
CONSTITUTION: Electrode plates 5, 6 and 7 obtained by punching a sheet metal are attached projecting on a print circuit board 8 with V-shaped contact members 5a, 6a and 7a respectively arranged on the free ends thereof. This unit is held in a hollow section of an electrode holder 1 equipped with a motor housing 1a and a cell housing 1b while the contact members 5a, 6a and 7a is projected into a switch plate sliding gutter 1c of the holder 1 in such a manner as to face a conducting plate 4b on the reverse side of a switch plate 4. An electrode switch block A thus integrated, disigned to switch the electrodes with the sliding action of the switch plate 4, is placed in a case, whereby an electric razor with less malfunction can be formed
