Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a sealing body which is made up of a dishlike case and a gasket which are connected at normal positions to each other, by using both an under-mold having a steplike space inside that, which is held by a guide pin and can move downward at will, and an over-mold having a guide pin which can move upward as well as a pressing piece. CONSTITUTION:A dishlike case 4 and a gasket 3 are placed within the step-form space of an under-mold 10, which is held by both a guide pin 8 which is fixed on a stationary plate 7 and a coil spring 9 in such a manner that the under-mold 10 can move downward freely. The gasket 3 and the dishlike case 4 are sealed together by the downward movement of an over-mold 15 which consists of a pressing piece 11 and a guide pin 12. The case 4 is held by both the upper surface of the guide pin 8 and a smaller circumference 10a of the under-mold 10, while the gasket 3 is held by a larger circumference 10b of the space of the under-mold 10. Thus, the case 4 and the gasket 3 are held at normal positions in relation to each other, before the case 4 is fitted into the inner circumference of the gasket 3. Consequently, a normal and uniform sealing body can be obtained.
