Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a compact compensating device for uneven illuminance with a simple constitution, by providing the luminous flux control component which gives a luminous control only to the effective luminous flux when the magnification ratio is varied over its entire region and in the longer direction of the slit at the image filed side, i.e. between the lens in the optical path and the photoreceptor. CONSTITUTION:The luminous flux control component 7 is provided to give a luminous flux control only to the effective luminous flux at the time of various magnification ratios over the entire region and in the longer direction of the slit and not to give any effect to the effective luminous flux at the time of unmagnification ratio. At the time of unmagnification ratio, the distribution 9 shows the luminance distribution of the light source and the distribution 10 shows the light transmission distribution due to the cos 4 multiplication law of the lens 8, respectively.
