Abstract

PURPOSE: To permit inspection signals having given characteristics to be supplied to a device to be inspected by amplifying waveform signals according to scale signals to output as inspection signals.
CONSTITUTION: For example, the simulated-fault waveforms of an A-phase 1-wire ground are read out by a selective signal S and outputted from a device 7 as waveform signals 7a and 7b. At the same time, memories 8-1 and 8-2 are allowed to output scale signals 8-1a and 8-2a of needed gain. Therefore, amplifiers 10-1 and 10- 2 output a voltage V and a current I which have given values and the waveforms simulating the A-phase 1-wire ground. The voltage V and the current I are supplied to a protective relay to inspect the device.
