Abstract

PURPOSE: To impart nonsticking property, water repellent property, slip property and abrasion resistance to a rubber surface by surface treating a rubber by a specific polyorganosiloxane composition having a rapid room temp. curing speed and not generating whitening phenomenon.
CONSTITUTION: A composition consisted of a both terminal hydroxyl group blocked polydiorganosiloxane A, a polyorganohydrodiene siloxane B having three or more of silicon bound hydrogen atoms in a molecule, a curable substance C comprising a mixture of one or more of a silane or a siloxane having an aminoalkyl group and an alkoxy group and on epoxy group containing organosilicon compound Y and a reaction product D of a dialkyltindiacylate and an orthoalkyl silicate is coated on a rubber and cured at a room temp. Y is a silan or a siloxane having an epoxy group containing hydrocarbon group and an alkoxy group or a compound shown by the formula I.
