PURPOSE:To enable to display good subtraction image, by superimposing and storing the video signal for one screen's share of positive and negative polarity respectively. CONSTITUTION:The X-ray image of inspected body P before the injection of contrast medium is video signal via the TV camera 5 and fed to the storage unit 6. The storage unit 6 receives this video signal to form the video signal of positive polarity for one screen's share. Next, after the injection of contrast medium, similarly, the storage unit 6 stores the video signal of negative polarity for one screen's share. Accordingly, since the negative picture after contrast and the positive picture before contrast are written in the storage tube in the storage circuit 6, the difference signal of the both, that is, the video signal only for vein emhasized with the contrast medium is stored. The vein contrast image is obtained by displaying it on TV monitor 7B after readout. Thus, good subtraction image can be displayed.
