Abstract
PURPOSE: To stabilize control in no-load operation, by providing a pressure compensation type flow control valve in the neutral passage of a directional control valve and using the controlling rear pressure of the flow control valve to drive the servo cylinder of a variable-discharge pump.
CONSTITUTION: A pressure compensation type flow control valve 16 is provided in the neutral passage 15 of a directional control valve 5. A pressure chamber 26 at the rear end of the pressure compensation type flow control valve 16 is connected to a servo cylinder 17 through a pilot passage 18. Since controlling rear pressure caused in the pressure chamber 26 at the rear end is lower than controlling front pressure acting to another pressure chamber 25 and is stable, the control of quantity discharged from a pump in no-load operation is stabilized.
