Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a simple constitution capable of arresting an end of a wire electrode inserted through a new preliminary hole for working in a work and introducing automatically to a position of a retrieving device. CONSTITUTION:In case a working profile line is formed with two or more curved lines, the wire electrode should be cut once and thereafter it should be reinserted through a preliminary hole bored beforehand. A wire electrode receiving belt device 30 is utilized as a transporting means for receiving the end of this electrode. This device 30 is consisting of a loop-shaped belt 32 mounted on belt wheels 34, 36, 39 and moved by the rotation thereof and another loop-shaped belt 33, contacting with the belt 32 at one side face thereof and mounted on belt wheels 35, 37, 40 to move by the rotation thereof. Thus, the device is capable of arresting surely the end of the wire electrode inserted through the new preliminary hole for working in the work 14 and introducing it automatically to the position of the retrieving device 46.
