Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable smooth treatment of sewage by switching between the fine day operation and the rainy day operation by means of a switching means on the basis of the changing rate of the water level in a sewage pump well, thereby smoothing the sewage flow delivered to the treatment process in a sewage treatment facility irrespectively of the weather.
CONSTITUTION: Daily flow pattern is corrected and stored in a function generator 16 such that the flow to be delivered to the treatment process in a sewage treatment facility is previously smoothed as much as possible in fine day, for example. By means of said function generator 16, a target pump delivery signal Q required at each time is provided to an alarm setter 17 while a water level signal is received from a sewage pump well 11 to calculate the changing rate of water level, then a switching device 20 for switching between the operation control signal of the alarm setter 17 and the operation control signal of the alarm setter 14 will perform the switching between fine day operation and rainy day operation to smooth the delivery flow of sewage to the treatment process in a sewage treatment faility to enable good treatment of sewage.
