In this case, rotation shaft support material 13 is provided in the reflective plate structure to which glass plate 5 is fitted, the reflective plate structure including lamp 2 and glass plate 5 is made rotatable by rotation shaft 10 provided in parallel with glass plate 5, thereby removing easily the toner stuck to the lower face of glass plate 5.
