Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable smooth sliding of a sliding body by composing a base body and the sliding body slidably with each other in the molding process therefor and also by forming an aperture allowing sliding movement when the composed product is molded from synthetic resin.
CONSTITUTION: A chassis 1 is molded from ABS resin within the 1st cavity 6, while a slant 9a is molded around a slide groove 4a by a slide core 8a. When the 2nd cavity 10 is employed, a different kind of synthetic resin such as polyacetal is injected and the sliding body 2 is molded secondarily on the side of slidable surface 11 of the chassis 1 under the condition that the slide core 8a is retreated, while an engagement part 3a monolithically connected with the sliding body 2 is molded secondarily within the slide groove 4a. On the occasion, with the provision of a projection 15, an aperture 10 is formed between the end surface 14a of the engagement part 3a, facing the center of both ends of the sliding body 2 which are deviated laterally, and the end surface 16 of the slide groove 4a. By this constitution, the shaky motion of the sliding body 2 is nearly eliminated and the body 2 can be made to slide smoothly.
