Abstract
PURPOSE: To assure air path in the vessel without making a small hole, by providing an opening with filter at a part of the upper side of boold serum separating agent vessel.
CONSTITUTION: At the upper end of the blood serum separating agent vessel 1 made of polyethylene or polypropylene, an opening 4 being the inlet of serum separation agent filling is provided and an opening 5 being serum separation agent falling outlet at centrifugal separation is provided at the lower end. Further, serum separating agent is poured from the opening 4 and after incorporating it in an upper storage liquid section 2 and a lower liquid storage section 3, the opening 4 is shut with a filter 6 which can block the invasion of foreign material and various germs and also has sufficient perforation. Thus, the air path in the serum separated vessel 1 is assured through the filter 6, and the work to make a small hole which prevents reverse flow of blood to the serum separation vessel 1 at the blood separation need not be required.
