Abstract

PURPOSE: To reduce vibration sounds of revolution by a method wherein a part of a rotary shaft to which an impeller is being fitted is divided into two parts and the tip side of the shaft is formed so as to be a guiding part of loose fitting while a side closer to a motor is formed so as to be a tight fitting part.
CONSTITUTION: A tapered part 14 is provided at a terminal side of a rotary shaft 5 and a diameter at the terminal is made smaller than the same of a part at a motor side. Fitting allowances between the rotary shaft and an impeller are tight at the motor side while loose at the terminal side of the shaft. According to this method, the fitting between the rotary shaft and the impeller is secured by the tight fitting part at the motor side, therefore, manufacturing thereof is eary and vibration sounds caused by the revolution thereof may be reduced.
