Abstract
PURPOSE:To make the accuracy of the elongation rate controlling of rolled material higher than that of conventional methods by disposing rolled material speed lead-out devices on the inlet and outlet sides of rolling mills, a unit for obtaining the deviation of both led-out values mentioned above, a unit for leading out the product of a target elongation rate and the inlet side speed led-out value, etc. CONSTITUTION:A pulse T1 oscillator 8 corresponding to the revolutions of the inlet side roll 4 of rolling mills 2, a pulse signal compensator 12, a pulse T2 receiver 9 corresponding to the revolutions of an outlet side roll 5, a pulse signal compensator 13, a pulse canceller 16 which obtains the deviation T3 of the values of said pulses T1 and T2, a frequency devider 24 which leads out the value corresponding to the product of a preset elongation rate value A and said pulse T1, etc. are disposed. If the preset elongation rate value is defined as A and the actual elongation rate as B, T3=T4 (T4; the output pulses of the frequency divider 24) is derived from the formulas (I), (II).
