Abstract

PURPOSE: To make multishaft simultaneous continuous control possible without complicated operation processings and jigs used only for instruction, by storing the extent of movement of respective shafts at the instruction time each time one shaft is moved by a fixed extent and by distributing pulses in a prescribed speed on a basis of storage values to drive many shafts at the reproducing time.
CONSTITUTION: When the mechanism part is moved according to desired path and position, pulse trains proportional to the extents of movement are input from rotary encoders of respective shafts to counters C1WCn. Constant K set in the constant register is set to counters previously, and counters are counted down according to input pulses. When a borrow signal is output from any counter, main control circuit 7 stores contents of counters C1WCn into memory 8 and sets constant K again. These operations are repeated to perform instruction, and at the reproducing time, pulses are distributed on a basis of storage values to drive the mechanism part.
