Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable the recording of high quality and high speeds to be obtained with simple constitution by respectively electrically connecting the recording electrodes in the same corresponding positions of an electrode group to the mutually electrically insulated conductors and laminating the conductors by way of an insulation layer. CONSTITUTION:The functions of recording electrodes 13 are separated to an aligned part Y where they are secured and aligned regularly parallel and with predetermined spacings with holding members 18 and a part Z where the electrodes 13 in the same corresponding positions of the aligned electrode group are electrically connected to conductor patterns 14. In the aligned part Y, the electrodes 13 are divided to blocks of Q value, and each block consists of an R number. In the part Z where the electrodes are matrix-connected, the electrodes 13 are connected to the conductor patterns 14 on one side of a connecting plate 16. In addition, terminals 16 for connecting to driving circuits are provided successively deviatedly to each of connecting substrates 15, to facilitate the connection of the conductor patterns 14 and the driving circuits after the completion of the matrix connection.
