Abstract

PURPOSE: To accurately detect the leakage of vapor when the temperature and humidity are high and when the relative humidity is intermittently increased, by actuating a comparator and an AND-circuit to operate a display when critical humidity and critical temperature have been attained.
CONSTITUTION: When a high relative humidity is detected by a detecting element RH with the level of an output from a low-pass filter 3, which is applied to a comparator 5, becoming lower than that of an output V5 from a voltage dividing circuit consisting of resistors R5, R6, an H-level is outputted from the comparator 5. When the temperature is increased with an output V6 from a voltage dividing circuit, which consists of a resistor R7 and a temperature detecting element RT, becoming lower than an output V7 from a voltage dividing circuit which consists of resistors R8, R9, an H-level is output from a comparator 6. When signals are outputted from both of the comparator 5, 6, an H-level is outputted from an AND-circuit 7. An OR- circuit 8 is adapted to apply an output therefrom to a display 9 when an H-level is outputted from a comparator 4 or the AND-circuit 7, so that the leakage of vapor is indicated on the display 9.
