Abstract
PURPOSE:To facilitate a check during a process of manufacture and to improve its yield by arranging oscillators, having electrodes capable of oscillating without flank electrodes, at a time in addition to oscillators having flank electrodes arrayed on one wafer. CONSTITUTION:On oscillator wafer 1, oscillators 2 capable of oscillating by adding flank electrodes and oscillators 3 capable of oscillating without flank electrodes are formed at a time being arrayed. Characteristics of oscillators 2 oscillating by being provided with many flank electrodes can be known before flank electrodes are provided, by making use of measurement data as to characteristics of oscillator chips 3 oscillating without flank electrodes.
