Abstract

PURPOSE: To considerably improve the working efficiency of mixed production of dissimilar products by rotating a rotary mounting body disposed with plural kinds of upper dies in a turret shape with respect to a moving lower die.
CONSTITUTION: A forming material A is placed on a lower die 2a, and the die is moved to the under side of a pressing mechanism part 4, where a heater 7 is moved to heat the work. On the other hand, a forming material B is inserted onto the 1st upper die 3a opposing to the lower die 2a, and is positioned so as to oppose to the 1st lower die 2a by rotating a rotary mounting body 11 by means of power via an interlocking shaft 13. Thence, the heater 7 is retreated, and the pressing mechanism part 4 is lowered to form and press-weld the forming materials A and B in conformity with the shape of the recessed part. After this, the pressing mechanism part 4 is moved upward to detach the upper die 3a from the lower die 2a, thence the 1st lower die 2a is moved and the forming C is taken out by the forming take-out part 1' between the 1st guide path 1a and the 2nd guide path 1b. In this state, the 2nd lower die 2b while carrying the forming material A is moved to the under side of the pressing mechanism part 4 and is opposed to the corresponding upper die 3b on which the forming material B is inserted, thence the forming materials A and B are formed and press-welded.
