Abstract

PURPOSE:To automatically control ventilating fans in dependence not on judgement of the carman but on the seat-load rate, by detecting the load according to the seat- load rate of the vehicle and controlling an opening and closing apparatus for the ventilating fans by the load signal. CONSTITUTION:A detected voltage corresponding to the seat-load rate is taken out from a load response apparatus 10, and when this detected voltage becomes over a passenger number actuation value preset by a load response detector 12, a usually opened contact 12a is closed. Accordingly, voltage of an inverter 7 is applied through the actuation of an electromagnetic contactor 2 to the ventilating fans 3 so that they may be rotated. Thus, the load response apparatus 10 for controlling an electric current value during breaking or power running is coated with the load response detector 12, so that the ventilation of vehicle interior can be carried out not by judgement of the carman but automatically according to the circumstances of the interior.
