Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain a deep and grave ruggedness, by applying starch uniformly onto the substrate to which vinyl acetate emalsion was applied and by irradiating far infrared rays to dry it and by forming shallow grooves like creases of leather and by finishing them with lacquer coating.
CONSTITUTION: Vinyl acetate emulsion is applied uniformly to the substrate surface to which the coating material was applied, and starch is applied thin uniformly after drying, and far infrared rays are irradiated to dry starch under open state, and curved shallow grooves like creases of leather are formed in the starch layer. After solidifying and drying the starch layer, transparent lacquer is applied by spray and is dried and hardened, thus obtaining a tasteful decorative plate.
