Abstract
PURPOSE: To release a rubber glove made by dip forming from a mold for the glove automatically by a method wherein a device having a mechanism for separating and/or clamping an end of the glove, a main clamp mechanism and an auxiliary clamp mechanism is utilized.
CONSTITUTION: An end of a glove is released from a mold 2 for the glove by descending a separating pawl 25 under pressing a tip end thereof against the mold 2 for the glove. A pressing piece 31 is descended while the end of the glove is being pinched between the separating pawl 25 and a box body 24 and the end of the glove is kept away from a surface of the mold 2 for the glove concurrently, the glove is separated sequentially from the mold 2 by descending an adaptor frame body 9 while the expanded end of the glove is being pinched with a separating and/or gripping mechanism 12 for the end of the glove, then an intermediate part of the glove is clamped with a main clamp mechanism 13. Further, the mold releasing of the glove is progressed by descending the adaptor frame body 9, thereafter, finger tips of the glove are clamped with an auxiliary clamp mechanism 14 and the adaptor frame body 9 is descended at the last stage to effect the mold releasing of the glove from the mold 2 perfectly.
