Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain a cylindrical perforated print excellent in roundness by a method wherein liquid curing resin is supplied to the clearance part between a supporter roll and an image carrier, the supporter roll is rotated as active rays are radiated from the back of the image carrier and the cured resin is developed.
CONSTITUTION: Opposite to a supporter roll 1 having a separating layer 3, a processing roll 2 having a peripheral wall which can transmit active rays is arranged at an intended interval. On the peripheral surface of the processing roll 2 is arranged an image carrier 4 which moves at the same speed as the peripheral speed of the supporter roll 1 and in the same direction as that of the peripheral speed and an active light source 5 such as a fluorescent lamp, a mercury arc lamp, etc. is provided within the processing roll 2. Photosensitive resin 6 is supplied between the supporter roll 1 and the image carrier 4 and light is radiated from the back of the image carrier to cure the resin. The cylindrical cured body is removed from the supporter roll 1 and developed. Thus, a cylindrical perforated print excellent in roundness can be obtained.
