Abstract

PURPOSE: To save labor, shorten operating time and reduce equipment by charging the concrete from a transfer car to a bucket which moves together with a travelling jib crane and automatically supplying the air.
CONSTITUTION: A bucket receiving truck 8 is caused to move to a prearranged position through the intermediary of a coupling mechanism 9 following the movement of the crane 3. Then an empty bucket 10 is deposited on the receiving truck 8 as it is hung by the crane 3. Couplings for the air 27, 28 are connected together and the air is automatically stored in an air receiver 31 of the bucket 10. Next, the transfer car 5 which received concrete at a batcher plant approaches the receiving truck, actuating a hydraulic cylinder for a lifter 14 to lift a concrete hopper 15 way high. After this step, the hopper 15 is tilted by means of a hydraulic cylinder 16 for a dump, causing a hydraulic cylinder for switching a gate 18, so that the concrete inside the hopper 15 is dumped into the bucket 10.
