Abstract
PURPOSE: To make it possible to lower a concn. of a separated liquid to below a prescribed value as well as to lower a water content of a dehydrated sludge to below an objective value by assembling a flow meter of a separated liquid into an apparatus for adding chemicals to a concentrated sludge and centrifugally separating the same to continuously operate a water content of a dehydrated sludge.
CONSTITUTION: A concentrated sludge in a storage tank 1 is supplied through a concn. meter 2, a pump 3, a flow meter 4, a pump 7 and a flow meter 8 and mixed with chemicals for increasing dehydration effect in a dissolving tank 6 and separated in a centrifugal dehydrator 10. The concn. of a separated liquid is measured by a concn. meter 20 and treated along with an objective value in a control portion 25. On the other hand, measured values of a flow meter 32 of a separated liquid and meters 20, 4, 2 are provided to an operating portion 35 and a water content of a dehydrated sludge is obtained by the formula. This water content and an objective value of a setting portion 34 are compared. Only one of contact points of a switch portion 40 is closed and, for example, an operated output of a water content control portion 39 is applied to a conversion portion 27a through contact points 40a, 26c to obtain an adding ratio of chemicals and an operating output 30 of a pump 7 is obtained through a chemicals control portion 29. A sludge control portion 32 is also operated similarily.
