Abstract

Split resistances R5 and R6 are so determined that the overcurrent protection detection point for normalcy may be current I1 for output voltage V1 for normalcy. Consequently, when switch SW is turned off, the output voltage and the output current are controlled to V1 and I1 at a normalcy time. Meanwhile, when switch SW is turned on for test, resistances connected to switch SW are connected in parallel, and the overcurrent protection detection point is switched from I1 to I2, and the output voltage and the output current are V2 and I2 at a test time. Thus, the overcurrent can be prevented from being flowed to the load for normalcy.
