Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent the scorch by a method wherein the rubber material of 1,2- polybutadiene and a diene type rubber of the like is divided into two parts to prepare a particulate rubber compound not containing a vulcanizing agent and a particulate rubber compound not containing a vulcanization promoter and these compounds are kneaded immediately before molding and vulcanizing.
CONSTITUTION: The rubber material 2 comprising 100W30wt% of polybutadiene containing 70% or more of 1, 2 bonds and 0W70wt% of a diene type rubber and/ or an olefinic type rubber is divided into two parts and, to one part, compounding agents except a vulcanizing agent are added and, to other part, compounding agents except a vulcanization promoter are added, thereafter each part is kneaded and granulated separately. Two kinds of the obtained particulate rubber compounds are supplied into an injection molding machine or an extrusion molding machine and, after kneaded in a barrel, molded and vulcanized in a heated metal mold.
