Abstract

PURPOSE: To realize both a high performance and high durability, by coiling the resistance wire coated with the insulated film close on the outer circumference of a tubular or bar-type bobbin and then attaching the both ends of the resistance wire close the a pair of lead wires which are connected to the bobbin via the heat-resistant cement.

The film 4 uses the polyimide, polysiloxane polymer or inorganic adhesive. And the alumina tube can also be used for the bobbin 1.
