PURPOSE:To make efficient the test for connecting call for operating board, by installing a virtual exchanger which stores the information of manual operation of exchanger operators, and transmitting the exchanger connecting call of various operating patterns to the exchanger system automatically as a load. CONSTITUTION:A virtual exchanger POSPCG starts the virtual operation in place of the exchanger, in case of incoming call to the exchangers POS0-n when the incoming call lamp illumination requests reception from an exchanger control processor PSC to an exchanger POS, and after the timing registrated according to the pattern table, the key type information registrated is transferred to the processor PSC, as if the operator operated the key, and after the virtual operation is sequentially repeated and all the registration key type information is transmitted, it waites the starting from the request of the next incoming call lamp illumination request. The virtual exchanger can independently be simulated for the operation of a plurality of exchangers and operators at the same time, by storing the control information corresponding to the number of exchanger as the pattern table.
