CONSTITUTION:When the motor 50 starts to operate or is operating in a low speed, the 2nd controller 4 is activated receiving the output signal from a comparator 5 and outputs signals to the 2nd driver 2, thus, a transistor Tr2 being interrupted simultaneously with a transistor Tr1, thus, performing commutation of an inverter 51.
