Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent the decrease in dust collection performance in a dust collecting apparatus provided with backwashing means by cooperating the attenuating gas flow rate with backwashing means at the operating of the backwashing means and compensating for the attenuating gas flow by increasing in flowrate means.
CONSTITUTION: In a dust collecting apparatus provided with a dust collector main body 1 provided with a dust-laden gas inlet 5, partition plates 7, a clean air exhaust port and washing nozzles 16 injecting pressure air for washing, an injection nozzle 17 (a venturi part 14 or a throat-shaped opening is provided within an injection power range) opening from the upper stream side to lower stream side of conveying air flow is provided, and an on-off valve 13 connecting to a timer 18 is disposed to the nozzle 17 via a pressure air pipe 10. The on-off valve 12 of the washing means and said on-off valve 13 are connected to the timer and these are synchronously operated. Further, for the gas flow rate at the normal filtering of the dust collecting apparatus attenuating at the operating of the washing means is compensated by increasing in flowrate means and injection nozzle 17.
