Abstract
PURPOSE:To disperse the stress generated by contractive force of a moul and prevent the falling-off of adhesive moul by a method wherein grooves approximately crossing at right angles in the longitudinal direction are formed at the adhesive surface side of the moul. CONSTITUTION:With adhesive moul 20, a plurality of grooves 21a are made up at the adhesive surface side of the moul 21 in the direction approximately crossing at right angles in the longitudinal direction of the moul 21. An adhesive tape 22 and adhesives 23 are pasted and applied at the adhesive surface side of the moul 21. The moul 20 with structure formed in such a manner is adhered to the metal 35 of a body of an automobile. The stress generated in the longitudinal direction of the moul 20, the X1-X2 direction by the contractive force is dispersed to the both end sections and groove 21a sections of the moul 21, and the strength of stress at the sections decreases. Thus, the falling-off of the moul 20 is prevented.
