Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve the recovery efficiency of a soybean milk, by means of a soybean recovery apparatus for separating fine pieces and an apparatus for squeezing the soybean milk containing the fine pieces by adding water to a bean-curd refuse discharged from the recovery apparatus.
CONSTITUTION: A boiled soybean milk is fed from a pipe 14 to a perforated rotating body 2 and subjected to the action of the perforated rotating body 2 to recover a soybean milk containing no fine pieces via a pipe 3. The resultant bean-curd refuse is then discharged to a hopper 7, and water or hot water is added from a pipe 8 to the refuse. The mixture is then passed through a squeezing apparatus 4 and subjected to the action of a squeezing rotating body 6 to discharge a soybean milk containing fine pieces to the outside of a perforated cylinder 5. The resultant soybean milk is then returned to the perforated rotating body 2 by a pump 10, and a soybean milk containing no fine pieces is discharged to the pipe 3 and recovered in the same way.
