CONSTITUTION: The guide light from visible light source 12 is reflected by holed concave mirror 13 and is incident to light wave guide 14 and is propagated to the beam converging part 17 direction while being reflected by reflective face 15 and mirror 16 and is converged by lens 18 and is irradiated to material 19 to be processed. In this case, condensed spot 20 of the guide light on material 19 to be processed becomes larger than condensed spot 21 of the high-output laser light. That is, the irradiation position of the high-output laser light is always inside condensed spot 20 of the guide light, thus improving safety for laser processing.
