A mandrel 10, both ends thereof are equipped with mandrels 10, 10', of the connecting adapter 12 consisting of a sheetlike body 12 inserted into the pipes 7, 7' with the slits for the insertion of the connecting adapter from the slits 6, 6'. Such connection preverts oil leakage from a location between the end parts of the oil-fences.
