Abstract

CONSTITUTION: Sample prepared for the object of qualitative and quantitative analysis is developed by the thin film or paper chromatography and hereby, saccharides prepared for the object to be analyzed are separated on the carrier, e.g. silica gel, pulverized cellulose, alumina, polyamide. Next, organic solvent solution such as 1-naphthalene boric acid is sprayed on said separated saccharides and the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the saccharides are made by measuring generated fluorescence.
