A detecting coil 11 is separated from a vacuum angle advancing pivotable plate 14 and fixed to a housing 1 to form a bearing portion 16 for the rotary shaft 8 of the rotary magnetic pole 9 in the vacuum angle advancing pivotal plate 14 supports suffi a fixed magnetic pole 19.
