Abstract

PURPOSE: To cool down liquefied gas below standard boiling point using a simple construction through the process consisting of injecting noncondensing gas in the liquefied gas, letting the liquefied gas evaporate in the forth of the noncondensing gas taking out the both in mixture state and lowering the vapor pressure of the liquefied gas in a container.
CONSTITUTION: When noncondensing gas B is injected in the liquefied gas in a container, the liquefied gas evaporates in the froth of the noncondensing gas B so that the liquefied gas itself is cooled down while the evaporation latent heat taken away. The evaporation pressure of the liquefied gas A in the gas in the gas-phase part of the container lowers when the mixture C of the vapor of the liquefied gas A and noncondensing gas B is released outside the container through a discharge port 4 and the liquefied gas is cooled down below standard boiling point depending on the partial pressure thereof. Thereby, the liquefied gas can be cooled down using a simple construction and the desirable choice of generation temperature and cooling capacity is possible by selecting the combinations of the liquefied gas and noncondensing gas so that a wide scope of application becomes possible.
