Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the impact force conveyed to a ground etc. from a forging machine etc. by applying an impact force from an impact generator to said machine with a phase advanced by predetermined period to the impact cycle of the machine. CONSTITUTION:In a machine which generated continuous impact at about constant cycle such as a forging machine 12, the impact by said forging machine is applied to a foundation 13 as repeated hitting force and shakes the ground. Since this impact is made by a falling piston rod 12a, the exact moment of the impact to the work material is obserbed by an optical displacement meter and its output is formed through an observation circuit 26 and a synchronous control circuit 27 and sent as a pulse signal to a drive circuit where a drive signal for a servo-valve 23 of an impact generator is made corresponding to the height and cycle period of the input pulse, which controls the servo-valve 23 to actuate a hydraulic piston 22 for generating a synchronous impact force to a dynamic absorber 16.
