CONSTITUTION: A waste water is subjected to the nitration treatment in a nitration procedure 2 and dispersed with a denitrification bacteria medium layer in a denitrification procedure A to form a supernatant liquid 4 and, moreover, this liquid is subjected to the complete denitrification treatment in a denirtification procedure B and discharged as a treated water 8.
