Abstract

A holding circuit comprises a flip-flop circuit 3, which holding circuit samples the output signal of the temperature judging circuit 2 by the pulse outputted from the pulse generating circuit 1 and holds its state until a next pulse is output. According to the state of the flip-flop circuit 3, the start or stop of the compressor 5 is controlled through a relay 4.
