Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent the taste of food from deteriorating and the smoke from depositing on walls of the heating chamber, to keep the heating apparatus clean, and to make the heating apparatus convenient to use, by installing means for discharging the smoke produced in the heating chamber for food, and means for purifying exhaust gas.
CONSTITUTION: Within the heating apparatus body 1 are provided the heating chamber 3 for heating an object 2, a heater 4 and a high-frequency feeding apparatus 5. In a part of the metal heating chamber walls 9 of the heating chamber 3 is provided a window 10 with punched holes for exhaust, and further an exhaust guide 11, an exhaust vent 12, and a cover 13 for preventing foreign matters from entering from outside are provided. In the exhaust guide 11 is provided the exhaust purifier 16 comprising an oxidizing catalyst to purify the exhaust and to suppress smoky smell. Thus it become possible to keep the heating chamber clean, and to prevent damage due to deposits.
