Abstract

PURPOSE:To lengthen a life of a sealing member or the like and prevent contamination of hydraulic fluid by a method wherein a driving shaft is journaled by bearings provided within an injection piston and the injection piston is moved and slided straightly by a hydraulic pressure acting on an outer stepped portion of the injection piston. CONSTITUTION:A slide bearing 5 and a radial bearing 7 are accommodated within a large diametral portion of an injection piston 4 while a small diametral portion thereof is made into a sleeve-shape and a driving shaft 8 journaled by two sets of bearings 5, 7 is penetrated through an inner part thereof. When pressure oil is fed into an injection cylinder 1 as shown by an arrow sign X, the injection piston 4 is moved to the left. The driving shaft 8 is driven to rotate by a hydraulic motor 2 separately from the movement of the injection piston 4, therefore, the injection piston 4 will never cause a rotational motion during a screw is rotating. The bearings 5, 7, 14 and a spline portion are separated from the hydraulic liquid, therefore, they will never be suffered from contamination of the hydraulic liquid.
