Abstract

The liquid after mixing is carried to the separation tank 9 to make effluent the oganic phase transmitted through the tank 9 in to the mixing tank 10 for rinsing of the organic phase at the tank 10. The liquid after mixing is carried to the separation tank 11 to make effluent the organic phase to the mixing tank 12. The liquid in the mixing tank 12 is carried to the separation tank 13 and the separation film is transmitted to make effluent the organic phase and it is carried to the waste liquid tank 14. The liquid in the separation tank 13 is carried to the sample tank 15 to obtain the measuring sample. The measuring sample is fed to the recovery rate calculation unit 16 to measure the concentration of the iodine carrier to calculate the recovery rate.
