Abstract

PURPOSE: To reduce the number of start and stop operations of a blower to prevent troubles such as burning of a motor, by arranging louvers over fillings in a tower body of the cooling tower, and by opening or closing the louvers according to change of water temperature in a circulating water path to control a cooling container.
