Abstract
PURPOSE: To eliminate a stationary power loss and to switch a solenoid valve with a high speed by a method wherein a coil for the solenoid valve is connected to an electric source of high voltage side when a current of the coil is lower than a given specified value upon impressing an input while it is connected to the same of low voltage side when the current of the coil is higher than the specified value.
CONSTITUTION: When an input is put on, an output of AND elements 7, 8 become high levels, switching elements 10, 12 are conducted, a coil 1 and an electric source 14 are connected and a high voltage E0 is impressed on the coil 1, therefore, a current of the coil 1 is built up rapidly. When the current of the coil 1 exceeds a specified value, an output of a current detecting circuit 16 becomes low level. Consequently, the output of the AND element 8 becomes low level from high level and the output of the AND element 7 becomes high level from low level, therefore, the switching elements 10, 12 being conducted till that time are shut off and switching elements 9, 11 are conducted. Accordingly, the coil 1 is connected to an electric source 13 and a low voltage E1 is impressed on the coil 1 to drive solenoid valve.
