Abstract

Since compressed air flows at all times during the time when the shaft 7 is turned, foreign matters do not enter into the clearances of the bearings, and wear powder formed by contact among the shaft 7 and the bearings 3a, 3b also does not accumulate. Thus, the bearings are not damaged due to the foreign matters and the wear powder, and the reliability of the device is improved.
