CONSTITUTION:A solar cell group is constituted by connecting solar cells 6 constituted by P-N junction elements in series or in parallel by using linking metals 9. To said solar cell group, is connected a solar cell 6 ( the same cell as the cells 6 constituting said solar cell group), whose light receiving surface is covered by a screening cover 10, in reverse polarity by a linking metal 11.
