Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain an automatic exposure control camera which makes possible EE lock photographing that makes correct exposure of the specific portions of the subject by performing lock controlling of the memory of arithmetic exposure information through sequential controlling.

CONSTITUTION: The closing of the shutter selection switch SW₆ and EE lock switch SW₂ of a photographing information setting means 2 is selected with a gate circuit 4. The circuit 4 generates the decision signal for the selection of the EE lock photographing in shutter second time priority photographing mode. According to this signal, the ROM5c of a control circuit 5 is accessed to generate the sequence control command corresponding to the photographing mode, then the exposure information such as correct aperture value based on the photometric information is calculated in an arithmetic circuit 8a and is stored and locked in a memory device 10. The aperture is controlled until this lock information and the exposure information operated value by the second photometric operation at the shutter releasing coincide and the EE lock photographing by the shutter second time priority which makes correct exposure of the specific portions of the subject such as person near the window is accomplished. The same holds true of aperture priority automatic exposure controlling.
